Rebuzz provides AI-enhanced strategic consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Investment & Portfolio advisory
- Corporate Strategy consulting
- Public Policy Advisory
- M&A and ESG Integration services
- Research and analysis services
- Project-based consulting and secondments
3. Use of Services
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- To impersonate any person or entity
- To interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- To collect or harvest information about other users
- To engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or business
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation, are the property of Rebuzz or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate with our team and provide necessary access and information
- Pay all fees and charges in accordance with agreed terms
- Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared
- Use our services and deliverables only for their intended purpose
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and confidential information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebuzz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use our services will immediately cease
- All outstanding fees remain due and payable
- Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
